We’re proud to share that Friday’s Trailer Sales was recently spotlighted in the February issue of NATDA Magazine—a national publication by the North American Trailer Dealers Association. The feature, titled “Building Big Dreams from Small Beginnings,” highlights our growth, values, and commitment to doing business the right way.

From Front Yard Sales to a National Following
Our story began in Texarkana, where the borders of Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma meet. What started as a side hustle quickly became a full-time mission to serve hardworking people across the country with reliable, high-quality trailers.
Josh Friday started the business with just $400 in office supplies and a deep knowledge of fixing up Jeeps. With his wife Jessica by his side, the couple began selling trailers out of their front yard while still holding full-time jobs—Josh working two positions and Jessica teaching. Even then, one thing was clear: they would only sell what they’d use themselves.
That dedication to quality, honesty, and customer-first service became the heartbeat of Friday’s Trailer Sales—and the reason we’ve grown into a trusted name in the trailer industry today.
Rising to the Challenge
Like many small businesses, we’ve faced our fair share of hurdles—especially during the early days of COVID-19 when trailer inventory was nearly impossible to source. But even in a quarter where only three trailers were available to sell, our commitment to our customers never wavered.
Thanks to increased demand and a strong reputation for doing right by people, those early challenges became the springboard for long-term growth. Today, Friday’s Trailer Sales serves customers nationwide—including some as far away as Hawaii.
A Customer-First Approach That Goes the Distance
One of the things we’re most proud of is the way we serve. We don’t just sell trailers—we educate buyers, walk them through their options, and make sure they leave with something that truly fits their needs.
That honest, no-pressure approach has created a loyal customer base that travels hundreds of miles just to buy from us again. We’ve also built valuable partnerships with other small dealerships across the country, helping them expand their reach without needing large inventories or financing burdens.
Partnering with NATDA for Smarter Growth
Since joining NATDA in 2023, the resources, education, and networking opportunities they provide have been instrumental in refining our operations. The annual NATDA Trailer Show has introduced us to new products, innovations, and—just as importantly—a supportive dealer network we’re proud to be part of.
Even when family emergencies meant we could only attend the show for a single day, we made it count. That’s how important it is to us to stay on the cutting edge of the industry and continue learning from others who share our passion for trailers done right.
More Than Social Media — A Lifestyle
Jessica Friday has played a pivotal role in not just keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes, but also growing our online presence. Under her leadership, our social media audience grew from 4,800 to over 25,000 followers in a single year.
But it’s not just about promoting inventory—it’s about sharing our story, our values, and our love for the local community. From supporting local events to giving back to schools, the Fridays believe in being a positive force both online and off.
Built on Integrity, Built to Last
At the end of the day, we don’t just put our name on the building—we put it behind everything we do. As Josh says:
"Our name is on the sign. I take the phone calls when something goes wrong. I've got to carry quality products, or I don't want to do this."
From trusted manufacturers like Diamond C Trailers to personalized service on every call, Friday’s Trailer Sales is committed to building a lasting legacy—one built on trust, integrity, and a deep respect for the people we serve.
